Crankshaft nut socket size

Hi,

Should be an easy question. What size socket do I need to remove the crankshaft pulley nut? Replacing the timing chain/gears on my '49 Plymouth and didn't have anything on me to measure it. Thanks!

The one on my 52 Coronet is 1 11/16. I found a socket at either Tractor Supply or Rural King.

Most likely any socket that large will also be 3/4 drive.

The two common sizes on the old mopars are 1 11/16 and 1 13/16 .  They can be found used on ebay .
