All my family back in Kentucky were about 20 miles to the north of the destruction, very close to the Ohio river. I don’t know about all the cousins though . .  . they’re spread out all over now.

I know some people in the Hickory area (north of Maysville, KY)  I called someone last week to check on them - they are all OK, but told me about an Amish family that were all killed except three of the children, a boy of around 9, an infant of 18 mo, and another older than the baby.  I was thinking that maybe there would be a group from here going down with MDS (Mennonite Disaster Service), but haven't heard of any plans yet.  (But I'm not on the inside track with MDS, either.)
