P15-D24 Posted November 18, 2021 Report Posted November 18, 2021 in the Support section. First, don't register again with a new account. Couple things to remember: After five failed tries your account is automatically locked. This is a security feature to prevent hacker attacks. If you use the password recovery/reset function it sends the password to your registration email address. If you don't use or own that address any more you will never see it. Be sure to l check your spam/junk folder for the password reset message. Since it coming from a "new" email address it may be mistakenly flagged as spam. If you still can't get in send an email to info@p15-d24.com. BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR USERNAME AND ORIGINAL REGISTRATION EMAIL ADDRESS! That way I can identify and verify you are the owner of the account. With that info I can unlock your account and reset the password, then email you a temp password which you can change after you get logged back in. Also strongly suggest you set up the additional security question for you account. Quote
