Anyone Out Cruising Today?

There is only a couple weekends left for me up here in Canada. Insurance runs out soon.  Today was a good day here. I found nice quiet spot for a photo.

If you got out recently, let’s see some pics. Fall foliage with your Mopar would be a real treat! None to be seen during my trip to the clay sand banks here.

We have been having fabulous fall weather in southern Alberta! Recent pics within the last week or two.

I’m getting an old car out every day while I can. I know what’s eventually coming.

Last weekend we did a day trip with the MN plymouth club. Went down the WI side of the river and then came back home on the MN side.

I did drive my P15 today after reinstalling my driveshaft with new boots. Tomorrow I can check if my 2nd try at sealing the overdrive worked!

I cruised through a couple repair procedures on a vehicle,  does that count?

I think it might have counted. However you disqualified by not posting any pics.

let's rectify that shall we....procedure, to phase the drive line after installing a larger engine and a 5 speed tranny and upgrading to a 3.9 rear axle eliminating the stock 4.55 gears.  Procedure number 2, I then changed the pinion seal, flange surface was smooth with no cut one could detect with a fingernail....so hopefully that is a done deal also.

As a side note, if anyone here ever needs to correct phasing with use of shims....I highly recommend these...they are extremely well made..a couple dollars over some of the average ones you see but I don't really relate cast aluminum and open end slots average or close to par.

Cheating a bit because the photo is from earlier, but I drove the Chrysler to lunch yesterday and to church today. From here on out, weather permitting, I plan on driving it somewhere once a week if possible.

We have been in Maine since early June. Was bit by a tick and have been battling Lyme infection all summer. Still a lot of fatigue and very weak legs, just starting to walk again.
Maine is beautiful, I love the woods, water ways, cool weather and clean air. We return to California October 28.

Here are some recent cruising photos of cars along the way.

yep.....ant and the grasshopper story repeats itself.....but then, the all work and no play may be applicable also.....goal today, have the other lift ready to mounts the lights, 3/4 way done with that at this minute....you folks enjoy the scenery...I live in an area where the transition is so blah blah blah it is not readily noticeable...pecans go from green to brown and usually under the cover of darkness as they go from green one day to brown and on the ground the next.  My fall is marked with mulching leaves...
