1950 plymouth deluxe want to change pedal rubber boots?

what the easiest way without removing pedals

You May be able to change those boots by unbolting  the pedal pads (5/16 nut from behind) and then lubing the boot well and push through the floor pedal holes?

 

Best to remove sheet metal panel in the floorboard area of the drivers side - that can also be a major pain also.
