Power window vendors/options

Looking towards early fall/winter, I need to get my doors on TODD buttoned up before I lose access to a friends shop he is selling.  On that note, what have you (if any) have converted to power windows?  I am considering the two options below and am wondering if anyone has any thoughts.

Generic "one size fits all" from a friends recommended vendor

OR

B series specific (supposedly) I found while poking the interwebs

I'm not to worried about harnesses and or switches as I have a specific plan for my switches.

I bet your special plan is contacts mounted in the door and jamb...while they may work great on the truck...these do not play well with the sedan...

I used a setup oh so similar to the first posted units above and may be from the same company, name rings familiar.... this are on the Dodge bz cp...flat glass and front and rear guides make these an easy install.

Personally I like supporting vendors that take the time to support my truck when possible.  I buy from Vic's and DCM as much as I can.  So with that in mind I'd probably go with the Gilbertsons Machine Shop kit.  Besides, having a product drop in or close to drop should make life a lot easier and give you more time to deal with other build issues on the truck.

Looking forward to seeing which choice you make and how it works out :)

at the initial cost of the above listed kit, they are not extending any love toward you except for the love of your money......the second kit...yeah, more in line with actual basic cost but rest assured they still making money also.....
