Spark plug spring clip

I’m looking for something I’ve used in the past but I can’t remember what it’s called. It’s a spring looking connector that goes between a plug wire and the plug. It allows you to connect an alligator clip from an analyzer. It’s hard to find something without the correct name.

Is this what you are thinking?

Small Right Angle Spark Plug Boot (Old Style With Spring Type Ignition Terminal)

Includes Spring Type Ignition Terminal

-Old Style “Sparky” Ignition Terminal  & Boot Assembly For 7mm Wire
-Commonly used on Small Engines such as Chain Saws & Lawn mowers

Seems different. What I remember was a coil spring where one end attached to the plug and the other fit into the plug wire. It left enough exposed metal to attach a clip between the plug and wire. If need be I’ll cut the boot off an extra wire and use it for any tests.

Dodgeb4ya that’s it. What is it called? I have an old engine analyzer that I haven’t used yet. I’m getting ready to do a tuneup and I’d like to see if it works.

I call it the antique timing light spark plug adapter spring thingy dingy.
