grubby65 Posted July 12, 2020 Report Share Posted July 12, 2020 I need to get into the headlight housing of my 1937 DeSoto and check the wiring at the bulb socket. Have power to the headlight but not at the socket. Have the lens removed, but struggling removing the reflector. Can someone go through the steps for removal? Nothing in the shop manual. Pete Posted July 13, 2020 Report Share Posted July 13, 2020 I have this arrangement on my '38 Dodge pickup. I use a needle nose pliers to push the two flat parts of one of the spring clips together so they will fit through the small square hole.
