Bed Wood Router Bit 2

It's 2 passes with different bits. Likely the  factory had one custom bit.  Or you can do separate passes with a table saw to get the same effect.

It would be easiest if you had one bit the full width of the cut and then a skinny one to cut the deeper groove. However if this is stuff you won't reuse you should be able to use the smaller bit for it all and just do a couple passes for the shallow area

Two, as I described in my earlier post.  If doing it with a router, instead of saw, I'd use an edge guide on the router and use straight boards,  really straight! 

 

Guessing  at the dimensions from the pic, Probably a 1/2"wide bit for the edge followed by a 1/4" set for the deeper, inner cut.  Bigger bits are available, but only for routers that take a 1/2" shank bit.
