Oil filter question

Recommended Posts

We are working on a Spitfire engine in a 1941 WC-12 truck. While installing a new starter my friend used cork to stop crap from going inside the holes for the oil filter. He broke one of them off trying to get the starter in place, then trying to remove the broken piece the cork wound up going further back where we can no see it anymore. The question is where does the bottom hole go to and where dose the top hole go to. After putting all back together he has no oil pressure. Does anyone have a diagram of the oil galleys and where all of the go.
