Los_Control
Just curious if anyone has ran 14" tires on a pilothouse truck. I know it sounds wrong, if one gets the tire height right, they should work, wondering if they might look too small. I would think with drum brakes they would clear. The price is cheap enough , worth picking up for resale or trading stock, 14 x 10 for the rear, 14 x7 for the front ... I dunno Yay or Nay? stylesadamson
Better check that the brake drums fit inside the rims.
kencombs
they should fit OK. Drums are the same size as the 57 cars that used them. But, caution as 14" tires are getting harder to find and price is more than common sizes, at least in OK. I've actually considered 14s on the front 15s on the rear to help with a 'rake' look. But, I also want disks, so that probably won't happen.
Tooljunkie
I would try them, im going for a similar look, aluminum turbines. They all crusty, all im doing is polishing the raised part of the fins.
