Thanks for the heads-up, Brad. I'll TIVO that one. The new guys on "Trucks" aren't too bad. One of the hosts, Kevin Tetz, gives excellent tips on bodywork and paint.

Lately I've been enjoying the bald guy on "MuscleCar". Anyone else like that one? He's a great fabricator.

Saw Stacey David of Trucks fame on tv today with his new show on ESPN2. Pretty decent little show.

Yes, I've been watching a lot of tv today, fighting off strep throat. Fun Labor day, huh.

I met Stacy David a few weeks ago at the Joe Mama's car show in Jerome Idaho. He was there promoting is new show.

When I was 6 months old, my mom and her best friend opened a kindergarten here in Hailey because there wasn't one at the time and they didn't have anywhere for their own kids to go. Turns out that Stacy David was in the Kindergarten class with my older brother. I sat in the corner in a high chair eating Cherrios.

Stacy's dad was a long time local sherrif, and drove the green Willys wagon that was built on the Truck's show to the car show.

Helen, my mom's friend that helped open the kindergarten, was instrumental in getting Stacy David to the Jerome car show, as her husband Paul is one of the judges at the show. It was funny to hear some of the memories from when we were small... Like Stacy noticing that Santa had cowboy boots just like Paul...

Small world.
