Questions about my 48 p15 coupe

Recommended Posts

Hey guys and gals I’m new to the forum as well as mopars. I’ve got a 1948 Plymouth special deluxe club coupe all original still even the Am radio plays nicely.... anywho I’m trying to learn as much as possible about these cars and would like to know any tips and tricks to them. Also the previous owner lowered my car 5” which is way to low the rear I can fix by removing the lowering block but front he cut the front coil springs....anyone give me any ideas about a new spring that isn’t factory height ? They look the same as the springs In my 50 Ford I sold recently. Thanks again everyone

Thank you Mark, so far so good with them...went right in and did raise it up honestly a little to high now haha but the ride is so much better.

Here is my 1948 Plymouth Club Coupe. 4" lowering blocks in the back. Sits level, and rides good.  Those bias ply tires on it will follow road grooves; but that's OK - I like the look.DSC01755.jpg.cf73ed2ea3a370f7e8e374604cca9c09.jpg
