Are these stock parts?

That is a factory B3/B4 series ash tray.

The ash tray and slide mount are riveted to the Dash Acessory plate cover.

The cigarette lighter is another part of the option. Lighter knob shown is the wrong one.

as mentioned above...here is FEF's set up (better angle than Brent's picture).  I feel this is the right lighter knob as it matches the wiper knob.

right part, bezel should be chromed with a red stripe in the recess on the bottom part of the bezel

I have found that the metal trim on my 1949 is brass with chrome over it. Just saying it could be possible that someone removed the chrome and is now just brass.

My dome light is the same size/shape as the one in the photo above. But still hanging from the wires, buried in the tattered shreds of the remaining headliner.

Not sure if it is also brass.
