knuckleharley
I suspect a screwdriver would be helpful.
T120
On my 36 DeSoto Airstream, the tail light bezel is crimped to the housing and is not removable - There is a spring clip inside the housing that pushes the lens against the bezel. Not sure if yours is the same.To remove the lens, push the lens inward against the spring clip and tilt it outwards at an angle. It may be difficult to remove if the bezel has become distorted in shape...

It never fails. Every time I try to be a wise ass, somebody comes up with the proof that I am actually a dumbass. I do thank you for once again teaching me a lesson I should have learned long ago, though.

Don't feel bad - When I bought my DeSoto, there was some damage that had been done in the past to the tail light bezels and I was a bit puzzled on the proper way to remove the tail light lens, I searched on the internet and found those photos I posted... blue p15
This lenses are very difficult to remove. The procedure is the same as RalphD25cpe's DeSoto .Make sure you have a box with a couple of towels in it to catch the lens "just in case"!
