The service manual might show a detail and if you do a search in the Tech section there are some great close up photos in the " PilotHouse knowledge " area . pflaming Posted July 16, 2016 Report Share Posted July 16, 2016 Rod is spot on, there is a recent thread on this on the truck side with good pictures. In short, one rod, the 2/3 gears has no adjustment, the R/1st gears rod has adjustment. The rods go in only one way. I found that the adjustment is not critical, but the lift arm on top of the column must be clean, mine was not, once CLEANED all worked. These are my recent pictures. Wish you the best.
