Reg you reminded me of a street rod idea I've had for quite some time now. Mating a p15 front clip with a pickup cab. One of these days I should do the measuring and see if it would actually work out.

That sounds cool Ed. I took the easy way out a while back a dropped my 42 3 window off at the Maxwell Coach Works in Santa Maria,Ca. and had them do the conversion. Turned out rather nice don't ya think.

Yeah, it's been kind of a hassle. I have to go in the back door and drop down in the drivers seat through a trap door in the overhead bed floor. I didn't want to complain though cause they get the job done in 1 day and the price was right.
