46CoupeSD Posted May 17, 2016 Report Posted May 17, 2016 (edited) Hello everyone, Just wanted to bring to your attention the Historic Fredericksburg AACA Annual Meet, which will occur on Saturday, June 4, 2016. Information about the meet is located on the Chapter's website (http://www.hfraaca.org/). This is a judged meet, and the entrance fee is $20 if you pre-register. I plan on bringing my 1946 Business Coupe, and hope to see some of you there! Edited May 17, 2016 by 46CoupeSD

46CoupeSD Posted June 5, 2016 Author Report Posted June 5, 2016 Had a great time at the meet yesterday. The weather held out, and I was able to park next to a 1947 Club Coupe. The '46 took third in her category! 1
greg g Posted June 5, 2016 Report Posted June 5, 2016 Looking good took the street scene back to a simpler time. I think I have a shot of my car in a similar scene. We visited an historic area of a city near Westminster, MD when we were there for the POCMeet a few years back.
Niel Hoback Posted June 19, 2016 Report Posted June 19, 2016 My grandson sent me three pictures of your car because he knew it looks like mine. He lives in Fredericksburg and going to the show was a big deal for him. Apparently your hood was up at some point. Thanks for giving him a bit of fun. 2

Great to hear that you were able to get a first hand look from hundreds of miles away!
Niel Hoback Posted June 19, 2016 Report Posted June 19, 2016 I'm hoping he'll get inspired. He did recognize that our cars look alike.
