maurice wade
Does anyone know if their is a way to grease the throw out bearing on a p-15? If so where is it located?
Don Coatney
Maurice; On some vehicles I have seen a flexible grease tube with a zerk extending to the bottom of the bellhousing. But I have never seen one on a P-15. Might be a worthwile modification.
Merle Coggins
Most clutch throw-out bearings are lubed and sealed for life and are not greasable. If your clutch is working properly, the bearing should only spin when the pedal is depressed, and so the bearing should last a good long time. Any clutch that I've seen with a greasable throw-out bearing, had the bearing in constant contact with the clutch, and so it needs constant lubrication to live.
