.032 for points and .035 minimum for electronic Ign. ( depends on setup) seems to work well for most with a good tune .

Newer gas mixes like more than than the old days.

Thanks. I have a 1935 truck and I'm using non-ethanol gas. All of the manuals I have say .025". I have points so should I set the gap to .032"?

thanks,
