Hi Gents

My apologies if this was already discussed.

My stock 1951 dodge Coronet Convertible sits a little too low in the front in my opinion.  Perhaps some may consider this a desirable look, but not me.  Hard to see in the attached picture, but the car has front rake.   I would like to bring back its original stock stance as I feel this is negatively impacting its handling and over all general looks.

1) Anyone know who makes affordable replacement springs that are comparable to the originals (with out having to cut them).

2) Anyone have specs on how high off the ground this car should sit?

Thanks!

They should should be in the links section but try ESPO springs and things. I believe they supplied the springs for dads 51 ply vert.

Ford areostar progressive rate coil springs! Best stock looking upgrade that I should have done 10 years ago, plus I bought mine for $30

Judging from the picture, new springs up front may result in the front being higher than the rear. Looks like either someone lowered the car before you got it or BOTH the front & rear springs are worn. BTW, I like the way it looks, nice looking car.

Your car looks absolutely gorgeous, alexander! Got any more pics? IMO, I would lower the back 1" to match but that's just me.
