Here's a picture of one from the Universal tire catalog Coker and Diamondback also have versions. Look up their websites. Has anyone tried these yet? I have a set of torque thrust rims and firestone pie crust slicks for another project, these would look great with that set. That's confirmed by several friends who finally went to Diamondback after poor luck with the other guys. If memory serves the Diamond back is a current production "major mfgr" tire with a vulcanized white wall. A quality product used by many high end builders and restorers. When you call them, the guy who owns the place answers the phone, even on Saturday, and conveys a great customer service attitude. austinsailor Posted October 10, 2014 Report Share Posted October 10, 2014 I bought a set of Diamondbacks about 2 years ago for my 53 plymouth. They look great, and unlike the Cokers I put on my 40 Dodge. Unfortunately, I haven't gotten to get it in shape to drive yet, but next week I'm going to put them on this Airflow I just bought, so I'll be able to report how they drive soon.
