Well it was cold today, but the sun was shining. Few days ago it rained just enough to wash the streets of salt, So I finally got the old car out. The old girl wasn't to happy. I'm not sure if it was the stale gas or a carb problem, but I might have a problem. Hopefully she just didn't like the cold to well, and let me know about it. I don't know. I'll have to take her out next weekend and see if she persists to wanna remain in hibernation. They are talking close to 60 and sunny next Sunday here in Ohio. It is a whole week away though and lately the weather guy hasn't a clue what's going on, but I'm keeping a positive attitude.

Good Luck, Hopefully  she is just acting up cuz of the stale gas.Get some good fuel, Warm her up and blow some carbon out. Got my fingers crossed here.

Gas is probably either stale, or it was a warmer weather "mix". Depending on the season and expected temps where the gas is used, it is more or les voltile. (I'm not sure if votile is the right word) Or it's both, stale and mixed/made for warm/hot weather. What I'm trying to say is that gas produced during and for hot weather is harder to boil, or vaporize, than that made for cold weather. Somebody help me!

Yep, fill it up with some new stuff, throw in some gas treatment and Marvel Mystery oil and I bet she'll perk up. Might not hurt to put in a pinch of "stabil" after the fact. Never a bad idea to clean the gap the plugs.

Feels good to get the old girls out, I'm going to change Lumpie's front springs this weekend, and start driving her more often, as spring has also sprung here. We also had a strange break in the weather in January, and I took her for a good drive at that time. Have also had a few other opportunities during the winter to take her down the road for an 6-8 mile run, so she hasn't been in total hibernation, as she normally would.

Enjoy!
