wdoland Posted March 3, 2014 Report Posted March 3, 2014 I have two different arm rests (1 each) Does anyone know what year they fit? I believe they are from a 48 Plymouth but not sure. Quote
58prostreet Posted March 3, 2014 Report Posted March 3, 2014 The 3rd picture looks like the one from my '52 Wayfarer. It has exposed metal on bottom. Wouldn't be surprised if dodge and plymouth were same. Bob Quote
wdoland Posted March 3, 2014 Author Report Posted March 3, 2014 The first two photos are the same armrest and the 3rd and 4th are the same. For some reason I got a lot of 1948 Plymouth parts with my Windsor so I figured they were Plymouth. Can't find anything online to reference them. Quote
DCurrent Posted March 3, 2014 Report Posted March 3, 2014 Well list them for sale under the classifieds. Quote
wdoland Posted March 4, 2014 Author Report Posted March 4, 2014 Wanted to know what they were from first Quote
BobT-47P15 Posted March 4, 2014 Report Posted March 4, 2014 I think the ones where you see the metal at the bottom are newer......like early to mid 50s. The first two with no metal look like 46-8. Quote
dlrides Posted March 4, 2014 Report Posted March 4, 2014 (edited) My '49 Suburban armrests are identical to photo #3, even the press bends/marks on the mounts are the same. Edited March 4, 2014 by dlrides Quote
fstfish66 Posted March 4, 2014 Report Posted March 4, 2014 seems like a lot of 40s era 50s era cars used the same looking arm rests,,, i cant find out which cars used the arms rests with the chrome trim at the bottom where the metal shows Quote
pflaming Posted March 4, 2014 Report Posted March 4, 2014 Quite possibly the ones with the Chrome trim on the bottom were for the top of the line cars: Belvedere in Plymouth, for example. Quote
