OH MY!  Being tactful, I would say that's a rather unique collection of parts. I'm trying to say something I like about it, but I'm at a loss for words.  Oh, the cab doesn't look to be hacked up too bad.  I think it can be saved.

Thats a crazy looking CO, i kinda like it though. Then again im a huge fan of rat rods, as i always say "to each his own."

I guess all I can say is that was a creative way to use old license plates.  I gather it can haul a car, just hope it gets there without a breakdown.
