ggdad1951
SO as typical, I take Ed picking and HE gets all the good stuff. I think he needs to take ME so I can find stuff. I'll have several posts with all the pictures. Sorry, no grill bars picked, most were just so far gone to even get them off, much less in one piece. Keven, sorry the guy wanted $40 for EACH gauge/speedo. So I passed on spending that kind of $$$. I did score a pair of corner windows, if anyone is interested PM me and we'll talk price. I also got a steering wheel nut. Beyond that....not much. The picture of the white truck, we could not pick it, it is going for $1000 for the truck. That truck was actually the reason I went....and I couldn't touch it.....sigh.. Enjoy the eye candy.

DJ194950
Well I hope you make yourself happy with your parts score plus some other memebers too! Ed only made one person happy with the OD score! Believe you both made the effort very worthwhile. Doug.

Dave72dt
I saw a lot of projects in that bunch of cars. Ed, you're living dangerously again. Those barrels can and do collapse.

Desotodav
That yard looks like it's got plenty of good vehicles for picking. Well done (again) guys! That was Fowl Jeff with those emblems on his truck. I reckon that you have solved the mystery there...

ggdad1951
Lots of stuff at that yard still, but the guy's prices are bit steep. I told ed "don't die" when he was crawling around underneath that car. Edited June 12, 2013 by ggdad1951

Young Ed
Well the parking light lense and the overdrive! They do have a pretty nice looking p23 suburban for sale whole for $1000. Also did find a p23 2dr club coupe with a way more solid looking body than the one I have...... it still had rusty floors of course but the outer rockers were reasonably intact. I don't recall seeing any packards but I cant say I was looking for them either a front parking lens was the only 51/52 score? any Packards there?
