TheMoose Posted January 5, 2013 Report Posted January 5, 2013 Rode my bike on the Osage Prairie trail today & look what I found in a little town along the trail. It looked all there. I'll be going back to snag that center post with a rear view mirror mount! Quote
ggdad1951 Posted January 5, 2013 Report Posted January 5, 2013 good for you! Just hope it's a stock divison bar for a mirror vs. the mod of just drilling a hole. If not, I can take care of ya now! going for the whole truck or just picking? I'm sure those grill bars could be of use! Quote
TheMoose Posted January 5, 2013 Author Report Posted January 5, 2013 Truth is I didn't even notice the rear view mirror (or the rear bumper for that matter) until I posted these pics! I blame a lack of oxygen to the brain, I was in the middle of a 50 mile ride! Next time I ride that way I'll look around to see if I can fine out who it belongs to & see what they want for it. It was a complete truck so it would make someone a nice project truck. Quote
Don Coatney Posted January 5, 2013 Report Posted January 5, 2013 Is that a Diamond T next to it? Quote
TheMoose Posted January 5, 2013 Author Report Posted January 5, 2013 Is that a Diamond T next to it? Didn't notice, I was pressed for time & just stopped long enough to snap a couple of pics & look under the hood, I did notice it had it's hood props. I just added that trail to my regular rides so next time I go by there I'll do some more looking around & take some pics of all the antiques around the Dodge. Quote
Jim Roach Posted January 6, 2013 Report Posted January 6, 2013 That's funny. My sister and her family live in Broken Arrow, OK. and their name is Sperry. Broken Arrow is a few miles south of Sperry. A few years ago while spending time with the family we went truck hunting. I ended up draging a 53 Pilot House home from Broken Arrow. Lots of those parts are on my truck today. Beautiful area of the country. Jim Quote
Scruffy49 Posted January 7, 2013 Report Posted January 7, 2013 Small world, my 56 or 57 230 came from Broken Arrow. Picked it up in 2011 enroute to TN from WA. Quote
