I would like to replace mine on my 49 Business coupe. All the ones I happen to see listed look like they are attached with 3 screws. Mine have 4 with an angled cut.

And, I think you can "criss cross" those latches.......in other words, one

for the right rear door will work on the drivers door (left front).

If anybody knows more about that, feel free to add.

46 7 and 8 studebakers are the same for sure that is what on my early 49 p-15 (same body as 48)

Is it safe to assume that the ones that attach with 3 screws are all aftermarket/replacement parts?
