austinsailor Posted September 23, 2012 Report Posted September 23, 2012 There is currently a thread on whether or not you like visors. I do, and would like to put one on my 53 Belvedere 2dr HT. It's the first year of a single piece windshield. All the visors I've seen have the center clamp that grabs the divider. Did the make them for single piece windshields? I can find plenty set up for 2 piece windshields. I've got the fender skirts, guess I need the fuzzy dice and spotlights. Quote
austinsailor Posted September 23, 2012 Author Report Posted September 23, 2012 (edited) You guys are costing me! Read the visor thread, went to epay, found one that'll fit my 42 Plymouth, it's bought. Edited September 23, 2012 by austinsailor Quote
40P10touring sedan Posted September 23, 2012 Report Posted September 23, 2012 I got a fulton 800 for my '40...I like visors and we have alot of intersections around here with a light post off to the far left side of the road, so visibility isn't going to be too much of an issue....I like them. So, what'd ya get...let's see a pic or the auction or whatever! "I've got the fender skirts and the fuzzy dice, now I need spots..." .....lucky man, I still need skirts and spots..not sure about the dice though. Quote
austinsailor Posted September 23, 2012 Author Report Posted September 23, 2012 Nothing special, but it's complete and not so dented I can't straighten it: http://www.ebay.com/itm/300782903492?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649 Oh, and my '53 Belvedere 2 door hard top had the fender skirts in the trunk when I got it home. 40P10touring sedan Posted September 23, 2012 Report Posted September 23, 2012 (edited) Nice, that's the same one I have..model 800 as I've been told. Mine had about 8 tiny dings on each side and one slight crease...I tapped them out for the most part already except of one lil ding on the rolled edge, those rolled edges are hard to deal with since you can't get at them from undernieth....filler I guess or leave it....it's character! I wsih there was something somewhere to figure the exact model fultons out there...700, 701, 800...and the 1000 series{those had the full surround of s/s trim}. The model number is not of the side discs as I had heard.. Edited September 23, 2012 by 40P10touring sedan Quote
