Is that wheel base extremely short? Could have than been a semi at one time? I thought 2.5 ton was the baby of the semi's.

WOW, that would be an EXTREMELY rare truck, to be a 1950 B-1-G. A B-1 would be a '48-49 and they didn't make a "G" series until the B-2's in 1950. So, it should be a 1950 B-2-G. Anyway... according to my parts manual the B-2-G was offered in 128", 152", 170", and 192" wheel bases. This one appears to be the shorter 128" truck.

It looks good, although I'm not crazy about the hood garnish.

considering what's been done to the poor boy, my guess is they chopped the frame down to "rod" it.

I'll bet it was used as a mobile home toter in its heyday. I'll bet it turns on a dime, but rides like a bucking bronco. Mike
