Uncle-Pekka Posted March 14, 2012 Report Posted March 14, 2012 Regarding to Packards in general; They were fine cars in every respect: Handsome styling, quality built, excellent engineered, full of charisma. I also like the 1948-50 Packard round styling, what I've heard many americans dislike and call "baby elephant" - I cannot understand why? The bodies are good looking and the style is actually similar to fifties customs (which the same people who dislike Packard do admire...?) The "new packard" that Robert posted a picture is another story... http://www.packardmotorcar.com/index.php/introduction/ Horribly UGLY car - The design has no logic, which spells UGLY. Expensive components and hand build, but no taste at all... Sorry. Quote
Rodney Bullock Posted March 14, 2012 Report Posted March 14, 2012 I love packards the ones in the 50's were real cool. I have had my eye on a 1956 but the cat will not sell:cool: Quote
