MoparAl- Posted December 4, 2011 Report Posted December 4, 2011 Hi guys, i could of done with this diagram earlier today, i found that my P15 has had the front half of the car rewired and the rear loom was in a box in the trunk, so today i fitted the rear loom without any diagrams and found it was quite straightforward except for one query, the fuel gauge has two wires going to the tank sender, does it matter what way round they go ? i dont think it does but a second opinion b4 i connect battery would be handy, cheers guys. BobT-47P15 Posted December 4, 2011 Report Posted December 4, 2011 (edited) As I recall, there is a + and - indicated on the collar of the fuel tank float unit. Which should correspond to the same terminals on the gauge. Edited December 4, 2011 by BobT-47P15 Quote
Young Ed Posted December 5, 2011 Report Posted December 5, 2011 I believe my sending unit is just marked 1 and 2. And the wires don't matter they just have to match the gauge. Quote
MoparAl- Posted December 6, 2011 Report Posted December 6, 2011 Thanx, found the 1 and 2 on the tank and the gauge Quote
