Original color charts from 1937.

Your favorite local paint supplier should be able to mix any color you chose. They will not have the formula for paints that old, they will have to get it from the head office. That may take a few hours, or a day or 2.

All paint companies keep files of old colors going back to the twenties and thirties. If you can give them the original color code off your ID plate, or the name of the color, or the original code number they can match it.

The local store can also match a sample. The inside of a glove box door is usually a good place to find an unworn, unfaded color sample.
