Flatie46 Posted April 29, 2011 Report Posted April 29, 2011 I just found this site yesterday, looked around and liked what I say. So here I am, This is one of my toys I bought this for 50 dollars in 94 been playing around with it ever sence. I put a volare sub under her, It also has had several engines in there too. The first 2 were small block chevy with a 4 speed trans, then a 318 with a 3 speed OD manual, and last one is a 360 with the same trans. It is kind of nice to fly down interstate at 80 running 2200 rpms. kiotes Nice ride, those wheels suit it well. Would ya like to make a small profit on the old truck? Welcome to the site. Quote
PatS.... Posted April 29, 2011 Report Posted April 29, 2011 Welcome! Nice truck... No FNG require to be here though...the truck means you already belong. This is a great spot on the 'net. Quote

Merle Coggins Posted April 29, 2011 Report Posted April 29, 2011 That's either a really old picture or you wore the old one out. LOL... It's actually a picture I snached off the interwebs a while back. I used it to be a smart @$$ when someone posted a question about the quickest way to remove a window. And now it comes in handy again. Merle Quote

Would ya like to make a small profit on the old truck? Welcome to the site. I talked to the wife about selling the Dodge one day to fund a 65 Rambler American drag car project I am working on now. Her answer was (NO). I was really glad she said that, that would have been one of those ( I wish I would have never sold that stories) Looks like FNG was a great ice breaker. Thanks to all for the welcome. Here are a few more pics of the old girl. Also a few of the Rambler. Quote
_kiotes_ Posted April 29, 2011 Author Report Posted April 29, 2011 Ok the pictures didn't come through, so here it is again I hope. Quote
TodFitch Posted April 29, 2011 Report Posted April 29, 2011 I think we scared him off... Looks like he is still at one post total. I hope not as from his vehicle and writing style he'd fit in pretty well. Edit: Guess not as he posted while I was writing. Welcome aboard! Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted April 29, 2011 Report Posted April 29, 2011 nah..true test of his grit..if he can handle this..he be good for the long run...! Quote
wallytoo Posted April 29, 2011 Report Posted April 29, 2011 not really. this place is very tame as far as all that. not that that's a bad thing. pretty decent group of people who are generally willing (and able) to share information about P-Hs and other old mopars. anyway, welcome FNG, or coyote, or kiote, or whatever. wally Quote

I got a friend doing an altered wheelbase gasser on I think the same year rambler, it looks the same. He cut the quarters and moved the rear wheels forward and put a solid axel up front. Quote
