The Chrysler in front looks solid, and could very well have some valuable parts for the right person.

One two door sold on e-bay a few years ago at a very good price, but needed a few things. It was a very handsome coupe for an air-flo. I had just gotten married, or it would be sitting outside right now. It was also unusual because of the body builder. No one was able to find, on short notice, that anyone other than the usual suppliers had built them. I know Budd made some, if not all, of the Dodges, but These were all suppose to have been built in-house. This one was made by a long gone body builder.

Restored it will be a very rare model.

If the buyer was like me, I have a Chrysler and a Desoto (down-sizing). I had five at one time. He might be able to use it coming or going.

There was a museum in South Dakota that built a double-ended '51 Plymouth in the sixties. I saw this car in person, and the owner of the museum told me the Highway Patrol ruled it off the road because it was confusing to other drivers.

Oh well someone had fun! My brother and I sawed the roof oft of three cars back when were young and today people would kill for them. Two were 33 ford two sedans and one was a 38 Packard sedan!!! That Packard probably today would be worth way over 50,000 dollars! Oh well life was fun back then!

They still had it in 2000 when I was there. I have a picture of it somewhere. Same little museum has a tucker also.

Ed,

Do you recall the name of the museum? It was near Rapid City, SD.

The reason I'm asking is that there is a Tucker thread I'm following on the AACA website and one of the guys is a major Tucker historian, so he might be interested in the car. He even told me what became of a Tucker i saw at a small museum in NY in the 1960's!

This "Red Green" do-it-yourself-hillibillie episode is the best laugh ever.

Also harmless fun when he does it out of K-cars (what else would work this good?)

Some poor bugger in 2051 will yet still cry over those wasted halves...

Just as I do now due those TWO Airflows...

Thanks Frankie and Ed. I'll add a note to the AACA thread.

Red Green is a "Master" with duct tape. He can fix/repair/modify anything.

Just wrong...sorry KB. Chrysler or DeSoto?

Not to worry. Appreciate the thought though. Done as mentioned when these were just another old car. Lots of good pieces as it has now become a parts car. It will help other projects live on.
