fedoragent Posted September 19, 2010 Report Posted September 19, 2010 Folks, I know that these trim clips were not the standard used on our cars, but it seems to me that these would work. Does anyone know where to get these? FG. Quote
40plyrod Posted September 19, 2010 Report Posted September 19, 2010 Our local napa carries those clips as well as the private parts house. We just bought a ton of them to put the trim on my buddy's 54 oldsmobile. Quote
busycoupe Posted September 19, 2010 Report Posted September 19, 2010 I bought some 2 years ago from Restoration Specialties. ... Not cheap, but they have quite a selection. http://www.restorationspecialties.com/ Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted September 19, 2010 Report Posted September 19, 2010 Napa does carry these in packs of 10 and economically may I add and they also have the ones that you can cut bend shape and use for about any and all applications you can think of..these are about 1.00 apiece also..they are extremely universal..only real thing limiting these is you ability to reach the back to place the nut... Don Coatney Posted September 19, 2010 Report Posted September 19, 2010 I bought some from Neil Riddle a few years ago. Quote
JerseyHarold Posted September 20, 2010 Report Posted September 20, 2010 Are there any body shop supply places in your area? Those are fairly common universal clips (or at least they used to be...) and you might be able to find them locally. Quote
fedoragent Posted September 20, 2010 Author Report Posted September 20, 2010 Folks, Thanks to you I have found many distributors including one in the Los Angeles area called "King Bolt" in Covina, CA. FG. Quote
