the trim is a killer...the chrome about the glass openings...the chromed vent frame..speaks Dodge..the lower rocker trim key feature is hidden by the mans leg...the chrome above the wheel opening and the short hood trim is much different than a stateside model...I'm calling Plymouth...the glass trim is not common..

..Certainly looks like a D24 Dodge, other than the fender and hood trim differences noted by Tim

I say it's a '46-48 Chrysler. The chrome piece extending over the wheel well and the small chrome piece on the hood line point to Chrysler. The other Mopar models in this year bracket had a chrome strip running the length of the side of the hood.

1946-8 Chrysler 6 cylinder, rocker moulding looks to be the shorter 6 cylinder one.
