A frend sent me the following

" I went to your photobucket for the flashing tail light experience you have posted..the site really never opened, know what opened, about 100 IE explore windows and kept on opening, had to shut down the computer...not sure of the why or wherefores...just thought I would give you the feedback.."

I wonder if anyone else has had this problem?????

Don I've had that issue a couple times with yahoo mail. Not sure what the deal is.

The repeated-window-opening things come from poorly coded ad sites or malicious ad sites. So depending on which ad you get served, you may have this problem in some browsers.

I browse with Firefox with the AdBlock extension and don't have this problem ever - I've seen it in IE several times.

Any of you guys have trouble uploading to photobucket? For about the past 6months if I try to do more then a couple at a time it seems to freeze up. I've been trying to do some more wedding pictures today. If I do 4 if finishes 3 and then sits there forever. If I do 3 it finishes two and then sits. I tried the whole folder of 62 and it failed to upload most of them. I have the same internet connection and used to be able to do 25 or so at a time. It took a long time but it would just sit there and work away until it was done.

Are you using the "bulk" uploader? I have done 3-4 uploads at a time in the past couple of weeks with no problems. I never attempted to do 60+ at a time before.

Don I gotta thank you for the suggestion. I had tried the bulk uploader thing way back when they first added it and never gotten it to work. Well after you reminded me of it I tried it again. It actually worked so well I went back and uploaded some old stuff like 138 pictures from the Ford museum 2 summers ago
