41/53dodges Posted July 24, 2010 Report Share Posted July 24, 2010 need another engine for the 41' truck, its old engine sat full of water for the last 40 years, and i dont have the time or equipment to tackle that bear yet, so i need an engine, can be 23" or 25", the original was 25", but the truck was converted to a p-18 23" engine. i dont have a large wad to throw at this. does anybody have a runnable or at least rebuildable engine that i could get? anything would be appreciated. thanks, josh Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Mustang6147 Posted July 24, 2010 Report Share Posted July 24, 2010 I am movin kinda slow on my project. I might be pulling my 230 out of my 41. The engine started its life as a 49 dodge truck motor. It was purchased by the previousowner of my 41. He bought it in the mid 90s fresh from Jasper. It really is a good motor. But I need to finish collecting parts befroe I pull my car apart.
