Very cool! Such an odd looking car with those hidden headlights. My grandpa almost bought a 42 DeSoto. At the 2008 Orphan Car Show, there was a 42 DeSoto 5th Avenue Club Coupe for sale. He was ready to pay $42,000 on the spot...but it was too big for his garage

I was just saying on anthor thread how much I liked the style of these cars. Why didn't they pick up the hidden headlights again in 46? They looked so cool!
