Just a couple of additional thoughts. There are folks (us) located in just about corner of the country so if you find something that might work there is likely a 'helper' nearby that could give the subject truck a quick look and let you know if it is worthy of a plane ticket.

I'd like to buy a 5 window cab four speed in excellent condition. Prefer 48, 49 or 1950 in restored condition as I don't have the time now to work on it myself. Please be assured the truck will be well-cared for.
