Dodgeb4ya Posted March 11, 2010 Report Posted March 11, 2010 where does g and e go.... Look at this picture to see the correct order. The old original MoPar check valve had rubber ring G already built into it and that is why the picture does not show ring G. Rubber ring "G" assembles last after Check valve #18. Bob Quote

Bob so it needs to go in there first, the the ck valve...what is E ring? Quote
Dodgeb4ya Posted March 11, 2010 Report Posted March 11, 2010 so it needs to go in there first, the the ck valve...what is E ring? Assemble just as shown in the picture. "E" is just a thin round brass flat check valve washer that fits between the piston and the rear M/cyl cup. It controls brake fluid flow through several tiny holes drilled in the end of the piston on the return stroke. Bob Quote

thrashingcows Posted February 17, 2011 Report Posted February 17, 2011 Just wanted to thank LuckyDevil for posting up this pic.... Turns out I neglected to install item "G". After I did this everything started working properly!! But I only have one thing to add about that picture. Everything is correct except for cup "C"...it actually goes between "D" and "E"....other then that the picture was a life saver....Thanks again!! Quote
