Floatation AKA they aid in reducing "ground pressure" therefore the vehicle/tire will sink less( as in soft ground )

Also, in having 4 tyres up front you get more grip, you also have the ability to fit the steel tracks which were available, to give even more grip.

but I don't see what you are using to apply the putty like the squeegee pictured on the link below:

It's just a flexible piece of rubber they also make them out of nylon which are ever better for what you are doing. By using these you can control how much you apply, and how to best contour the putty.

BEFORE(pic 314)-black paint without shine,

AFTER(pics 442 and 443)-new black poliurethane enamel paint with shine.

My friend had a great looking chicken, had it killed and stuffed while in its prime. That chicken would look great sitting on the seat at a car show! :D Nice work on the tailgate.
