OT It's been freezing in Sunny California

I have two bladder tanks installed on the way up the hill to the house. One in a shed 1/2 way up where the main power comes to the property and another one at the top of the hill in my garage.

At night when no one is using the water the pump will be off so all the circuit would be feeding would be that 40 watt bulb. I think it should work fine and be approved by the Rube Goldberg Laboratories. I guess I'd need to install a timer so the light would go off in the wee hours before we or my Granny Home tenants stumble out of bed.
