windsor8
I 've been looking at my D24 color magazine advertisements and started wondering about who the artist was that did the illustrating. The cars in the ads are very well portioned and are not longer or lower as in some other old auto ads. The letters "DSLER" appear to be the artist signature. Just curious. Norm's Coupe
The artist was probably an employee of Chrysler Corp. who worked in the advertising/marketing department. Most large companies back then had their own artwork departments, some even did their own printing.
Robin (UK)
I think the name is OSLER. Still can't find anything about him/her on the web, though.
