steveplym Posted March 23, 2009 Report Posted March 23, 2009 No they are not mine. I was asked in October to drive some of my friends to the reception hall in my Plymouth. I got some of the pictures back and wanted to share. I thought the black and white ones looked pretty neat. Yes and that is me driving in the one pic. I was asked again this weekend to drive the car for another bride and groom. Friends of my family, so I was out doing other things and my Dad took the car. Said he had a good time, hopefully I'll get some pictures of that sometime soon. Hope you all enjoy the pictures. http://www.flickr.com/photos/82485194@N00/3175237613/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/82485194@N00/3175237571/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/82485194@N00/3175237553/ Quote
BobT-47P15 Posted March 23, 2009 Report Posted March 23, 2009 Your car looks super. The bride & groom are a nice looking couple. Kind of fun to do things such as that once in a while, isn't it? I've done it a couple times.....for this fellow and his bride, then for his sister and new husband. Quote
randroid Posted March 23, 2009 Report Posted March 23, 2009 steveplym, Back in the seventies I needed a job and a friend of mine stopped by one day wearing a nice suit and driving a new Dodge, and he asked me if I wanted to work with him selling cars. I made a bunch of money and dated a lot of standing-tall ladies, but I didn't really like doing it so I only lasted about 1 1\2 years. It had its moments, though, such as during bridal fairs, where there were tons of sweet young things walking around wishing they were getting married. We'd pack four or five of them into the front seat of a neat car, get them to put their feet on the dash, and take pictures through the windshield. You get any of those pictures? Would you share them if you did? You say you've got another wedding coming up, so perhaps you might want to do a little advance planning. -Randy Quote

I will have to keep that in mind at the next wedding I'm asked to use the car. They will have to take their shoes off though before they put their feet on the dash. Quote
