Young Ed Posted February 25, 2009 Author Report Posted February 25, 2009 These are for the truck. For Scott these are old aftermarket turn signals. Light up with an arrow pointing out your turn Quote

Jim Yergin Posted February 25, 2009 Report Posted February 25, 2009 Ed, I have one I found in an antique store years ago. You are welcome to have it. As I recall it needs to have the mounting bolt installed. Just PM me your mailing address. Jim Yergin Quote
Young Ed Posted February 25, 2009 Author Report Posted February 25, 2009 SWEET Jim you're the best. PM on its way. Quote
JIPJOBXX Posted February 25, 2009 Report Posted February 25, 2009 Anyone in the general area I have a rear right fender for a 42 Dodge. The price is free but it will haft to be repaired. I bought a new old stock one a few years ago and this one is just laying around in my garage. I also have a front bumper for a 46 Dodge for free! Just come and get it. Quote
Young Ed Posted February 25, 2009 Author Report Posted February 25, 2009 For Scott and anyone else who might like to know. These were pretty common on 40s trucks. The one I pictured above would normally be found on the back. Its got a domed back and only 1 arrow. I've usually seen them with yellow arrows. Then there was another one with an arrow on each side and a hood over each arrow. This was to go on top of the front fender with the idea that one of the arrows could be seen from oncoming traffic and another for people behind you. These I've seen with 2 yellow or 1 yellow 1 red arrow. Of course I don't want to drill holes in my fenders so these will be mounted on the front bumper and I'll be using rear ones on the front. Like this truck Quote
Jim Yergin Posted February 26, 2009 Report Posted February 26, 2009 Ed, I went home last night with the plan to package up the light to mail it to you today. Unfortunately the light was not where I thought it was. I did not find it last night but will continue to look. I need to wait for the weekend and daylight to look in my storage area. I am very sorry. Jim Yergin Quote
Young Ed Posted February 26, 2009 Author Report Posted February 26, 2009 No problem Jim. Appreciate the effort. Quote
