Normspeed Posted December 20, 2008 Report Posted December 20, 2008 Here's one in the warm California sun for you Rodney. Quote
BobT-47P15 Posted December 20, 2008 Report Posted December 20, 2008 Ok.....here are a couple dancing girls in sunny, warm Cozumel last year. They were performing on a stage on the public square. The music was played by the keyboard guy/singer to the right. It was like summer on the deck..... The waiter danced around with that tray of drinks on his head.....didn't spill a one. Ok, Rodney.......I'll replace the girl in the bikini with Duke Mason, the local fellow who played a gig on the pool deck the Saturday afternoon of the cruise. He does a lot of Elvis songs... It was still warm...... While Duke was playing, I got to dance with our tour director (on the right in picture) and another lady friend in our group. Quote

Rodney Bullock Posted December 21, 2008 Author Report Posted December 21, 2008 Bob, those pic's are outstanding. I have always heard that a boat trip is the way to go, now I know. All that fun and good music too my head would explode. I love the early Elvis, rock-a billy. 1955-56 before the army. The little guy up front WOW his little hands fit the fret board. That looks like a great time. You have got to live it up. PS. Don does your wife know about those pic's? where was she when all that fun was going on? Quote
Frank Blackstone Posted December 21, 2008 Report Posted December 21, 2008 I used to feel sorry or Coatney having to work those long hours and having to travel all over the country. Are those women on his staff? At least learn not to publish the evidence. Hey Don, Need any help. Quote
Norm's Coupe Posted December 21, 2008 Report Posted December 21, 2008 Rodney, Posting these two pictures that were taken on Dec. 11, 07 because you said you wanted to see warm pictures. These are warm. If you look closely I believe the thermometer on the garage says about 20 degrees. That's nice and warm compared to today's temperature of 0 so far. The white stuff is a little deeper today than it was last year also. Enjoy. These should warm you up a little. Quote

RobertKB Posted December 22, 2008 Report Posted December 22, 2008 August this year. Sure is different now with lots of snow and cold over and through Christmas. Rodney, have a Merry Christmas and all the best in 2009! Quote
Norm's Coupe Posted December 22, 2008 Report Posted December 22, 2008 Norm, I was feeling good and you brought the reality back:confused: They are calling for a winter mix on monday. Rodney, Cold is just a state of mind. If you think it's cold, you'll be colder when it is. If you think it's just a nice winter's day, the cold doesn't bother you as long as you dress for it. The same when it's 100 degrees outside. If you don't think about it being so hot or cold, neither bothers you near as much. So.......do as I do. Accept the weather as it is and enjoy it. Hey, remember as long as we are vertical, it doesn't matter how cold or hot it is, it's a nice day. Have a merry Christmas and happy new year, to all. Quote
Rodney Bullock Posted December 22, 2008 Author Report Posted December 22, 2008 Your right somethings are in the mind. that sunset is so far out there I got lost in it, Thanks you;) I could look at that all day. I checked out the pilot site and saw the junk yard, got sad, very sad. That coupe with the split window was cool such a waste. As I have said before there is so much out there and so little time. Captain Neon Posted December 23, 2008 Report Posted December 23, 2008 Tis the season, maybe santa's helpers can cheer you up. Too bad Lindsay Lohan went all skanky the past few years. I thought she did a good job in the Herbie movie she did for Disney. I think over the years of all the kids from the New Mickey Mouse club and the Disney Channel, and things do not look good for Miss Miley Cyrus, aka. Hannah Montana. Quote
