Hi guys...First off I have a 52 B3b...and had to replace the radiator...well the one i have the guy said was from a 52 b3b as well...However, the bottom spout of the radiator is different...Let me try to explain..My original radiator the bottom spout where the hose connects is pointed out a bit toward the passenger side..then the hose attaches to it no problem. On the replacement radiator I got the spout sticks sraight out toward the engine..and is impossible to attach my hose. Can you guys please post a pic of what the hose looks like on my replacement radiator so I can show my parts place..they are stumped...but surely someone has a radiator like mine and can help with part number or pic for a hose that will work. Thanks in advance. :)

I got a new radiator for my 50 coronet. Spout came straight5 out and needed to point to side. Took it to radiator shop and he soldered an elbow on the old spout. could have cut the old one off if it stuck out too far.

well if there were a radiator shop within 200 miles of me i'd gladly take it...however there is not...any other ideas?

Why would the lower spout stick straight out (pointing toward engine) now allowing enough room for hose?

Makes no sense...The radiator appears to be exactly the same except for the lower spout. Any other ideas?

Thanks

If you're going to run antifreeze instead of pure water you may be able go get some short pieces of exhaust elbows and patch in with pieces of waterhose. My '52 has a combination of rubber hose, and metal tubing on the lower hose asm and I belive its factory. just a thought. mike
