Anyone have a photo of the backside of their dash after rewiring?

I am in the process now and will be tackling this tonight just wanted to see how others have routed things and overall view.

I have a couple good before shots. I recreated the harness and installed it in the same places.

A good hint/tip is to paint the inside of the dash a pale colour such as white or light grey, makes things much easier to see........andyd

Don't mean to hijack the thread, but Ed where can I lube the speedo at on the instrument panel. I've got my dash out now and am painting it. Speedo has been making noise and want to see if I can lubricate it some.

On mine it goes in the little hole right at the 12 oclock position. Have seen others at about 9/10 oclock. Some also have a little wick thing you have to remove.

Okay I see it now. I've got some sewing machine oil and electric clippers oil. What would you recommend using?

sewing machine oil would work. It's a bugger to get up there to lube, though. I'm about ready to pull it out just to make sure I get some in there:mad: It seems to squirt everywhere but there. Wayne P.

I used 3in1 oil on mine. Still jumps a little so I need to do it again apparently. My cable was pulled apart and lubed when I put the engine in but it could possibly need some attention again too.
